At Focus Design Build, we understand that building a luxury home is more than just constructing a beautiful home.

At Focus Design Build, we believe a home should do more than simply exist—it should elevate the way you live within it. We exist to transform the ordinary into something remarkable, creating homes that are as enduring as they are beautiful. Every project begins with a deep understanding of how our clients live—the rhythms of their daily life, the moments they value, and the experiences they want to create. From there, we design and build with intention, ensuring every detail serves both form and function.

Our holistic, design-build approach allows us to guide each home from concept to completion with clarity and precision. The result is a seamless process—and a finished home defined by thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a level of quality that is felt the moment you walk through the door.

We don’t just build homes. We create places where life unfolds at its very best.

PRESIDENT AND CEO

SETH ARGO

With over 20 years of development experience, Seth’s leadership and vision are the driving force behind Focus Builders. He spent the first 10 years of his career as a retail commercial broker and developer, working as a development partner for a southeast regional retail development firm. Through that experience, he has developed a solid perspective of how a project should take shape, and a full understanding of what will advance Nashville’s neighborhoods to their fullest potential.

When Seth is away from work, he loves spending time with his wife and their three children at their home in the heart of Green Hills. They enjoy taking advantage of all the great activities the city of Nashville has to offer. As a University of Tennessee graduate, he is, naturally, an avid fan of Tennessee athletics
